A full-day planning consultation

A shared direction.
A practical first move.

A full day focused on your school or district. I meet with the people who teach, lead and support the work, then help turn the discussion into decisions.

Format
On-site within 60 miles of Orange County, virtual, or on-site anywhere with travel costs covered.
Who joins
School or district leaders, teacher representatives, and technology or support staff. We agree on the right mix beforehand.
Before the session
Share priorities, existing systems and non-sensitive examples of repeated work. We plan the stakeholder sessions together.
The outcome
An agreed starting direction, named owners, first actions and a review point.

A sample planning day

  1. Listen to the people doing the work

Meet stakeholders, map current practice and identify workload friction, learning priorities and concerns about AI.

  2. Choose the opportunities worth pursuing

Compare potential uses against staff readiness, instructional value, privacy and existing systems. Decide what to start, defer or avoid.

  3. Shape the learning and support

Agree on the first staff group, workshop focus and follow-up. Decide whether asynchronous learning or a tailored LMS would help, and what leaders need to see.

  4. Commit to the first steps

Assign owners, identify dependencies and set an initial timetable. Define what evidence we will review before expanding the work.

A plan people can act on.

A concise working brief records priorities, decisions, responsibilities, initial actions and unresolved questions. The day can stand alone or become the starting point for a partnership.

We agree on scope, format and any travel costs in advance. This is strategic planning, not a promise to launch software or complete a district AI policy in one day.
